Delivery Times and Tracking
Orders are processed the day after the order to facilitate cancellations in case of order mistakes. Once processed, orders should arrive between 4-7 business days. Tracking numbers should be available 1-2 days after the product is shipped.

Delays
Delays may happen due to circumstances out of my control. These include poor weather, service disruptions, or factors affecting courier services. Please use your tracking number to stay updated.

Damaged, missing or incorrect items
If the order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact me with a picture of the affected items and your order number ready.

Orders are processed the morning after your order is confirmed. Please cancel your order within the allotted time. If the order is already shipped, please contact the delivery service for adjustments.

Where's my package???

My order doesn't seem to have been processed.
During checkout, please make sure to fill all the required blanks accurately. Orders might not be processed due to missing information. You might be notified by email if this is the case.

I can't find my package despite the "delivered" status.
If you can't find your package, please make sure that your entered delivery address is correct. If it is correct but the package is missing, please contact delivery services. Once delivered, lost orders will not be shipped again.

Lost Item
If an order does not arrive within the estimated shipping time, please permit an extra few days for it to arrive. If the package does not arrive, please contact the delivery service.

A tracking number and email update should be sent within the first days of the order being processed. If you do not receive any updates, feel free to contact me.
